Day 10.
Physio band

We love the physio band for helping build strength in parts of a song.
We prefer the wider band but any stretchy band will do similar. And you can then build up strength by using the different coloured bands too.

Here we just use some simply 5th exercises to walk through how to do this today. Next time we will add this skill to a song.



September… It’s my 30 day challenge all to do with Singing!
There’s no month like it because it starts with the letter S!
These warm ups can be found in many choir resources, some dating back to 1900’s.
